475

Tomorrow, 475 unemployed Americans will be able to apply and compete for jobs at the Hyundai factory in Georgia.  These Americans will then take their wages to pay for housing, purchase food and clothing for their families,  invest in education - and more importantly - receive a health benefit package which will cushion the financial strain incurred by medical needs.

Four hundred and seventy-five Americans will leave their homes every day; no longer burdened by low self-esteem; wondering "why the hell" they couldn't find employment.  Their nights will no longer be restless and sleep deprived.  They have a job!

Marriages will be saved.  Financial strain is a primary source of stress in marriages. Bankruptcy kills families.  Sucks the life right out of happy homes.  Children can hold their heads high and tell their classmates, "My father/mother works for Hyundai."  Grandparents might breathe a sigh of relief.  Perhaps they have spent their retirement income supporting an unemployed child and additional family members.

It is a myth and a foul one - that "Americans don't want to work (certain jobs)".

We are hard-working citizens. We want the dignity which accompanies employment.  We do not want those who come here unlawfully, and those who break the law by overstaying their visas to stick their hands into our wallets. They are the pickpockets of the job market.  And there are millions of them on our streets each day. It is time for them to go home.   DHS is arranging the bon voyage parties.

As a final note:  I tire of the narrative that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is a "Maryland father" - or that the South Koreans residing in Georgia are "Georgians".  The correct report out for this latest story is, "Four hundred and seventy-five S. Koreans illegally residing in the state of Georgia have been detained."  May they quickly and efficiently be dispatched home.  And may El Salvadorian father Abrego Garcia also find himself permanently removed from our shores.

Thank you, President Trump.  Thank you for your love for the citizens and the steady and necessary removal of illegal immigrants from our sovereign soil.  Finally!  A President who celebrates the citizen.
