Charlie Kirk's Travels
In search of America, Charlie encountered swift and violent shipwreck on the shores of Little Putterings. Resting silently on the beach of his dreams, this is where the story really begins.
Small in stature, the citizens puttered about their little lives with their little thoughts. A constant source of bickering was their obsessive fascination with how to crack an egg. In reality, it did not matter. The initial crack would expose a fully-developed XX or XY pattern. But then again, these quarrels were the signature of the short of stature and slight of build Little Putterings.
Having never confronted the frame of a giant; the thought that such a giant even existed; brought tremendous fright. The startled citizens spoke with each other in their native tongue - called "mutterings". A private language, one which now found itself exposed to the light of day, became both inflamed and exposed. And when a report reached the island of Charlie's knowledge of the greater mysteries of the world, the Little Putterings armed themselves with tiny cords and ropes.
The stark reality of their small-minded world with their self-important little lives was in full view. And on the beach of the shipwreck of his dreams, their nightmare was deployed.
"How dare he! Do you know who I think I am?!" This muttering was spoken against his resting body.
Do you know who I think I am?
He was securely bound. There was no question that he could ever be allowed to stand upright again. But even this was not sufficient. They gathered their tiny arrows and took aim at his body. In the truest sense, it became a type of desecration of a corpse. He would not be allowed to rest in peace.
"I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming! He deserved it!" Dr. Matthew Jung
"Thank you, witches. Signed, everybody." Professor Jean M Jackson
The tiniest of arrows taking aim - not being content that Charlie's travels were over - shot over his toes and took aim at his remaining family. "Fuck the bitch that gave him birth!"
I am not a fan of this account, but am using it as a limited resource this week:

So Charlie Kirk's travels are over. He began like John Steinbeck, in search of America. And he entered the story of Jonathan Swift.
This remains a cautionary tale. With Turning Point USA inundated with requests for new chapters, this becomes a quality control issue. The organization will attract migration from the Little Putterings in the Christian community with their own ropes and arrows. May logic, kindness and gentleness be the benchmark of our faith.
