Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Mexico
In the video below, SecState Marco Rubio shows a delivery style in both Spanish and English which is extremely good.

One discrepancy is noted in delivery of remarks in Spanish. At the 6:15 time stamp Mr. Rubio speaks of the transfer of fifty-five individuals into U.S. custody. When speaking in English (time stamp of 9:30) the number is given as "59" high value targets who have been transported to U.S. facilities by Mexican authorities who moved them out of jails and into our custody. Let's just call it "57". smile
He also speaks of intelligence sharing, cooperation on issues of crime, and offers respect (an important concept in Mexico's culture) for the work which has been done to confront narco-terrorist groups.
Marco Rubio is well-equipped to carry the message of the current White House administration to our neighbors, allies, and even our enemies across the globe. But behind each member of the U.S. Cabinet stands a man with his own unusual strengths. Donald J Trump is a once-in-a-century American President.
In the next post, I will nail down what I believe is his strongest character trait - one which has been somewhat lacking within our presidential pool for this century. Trump has it. This is why he will continue to encounter success.
