Aleksandr Dugin

"The Islamic world can become a major pole in the new world order — but only if it unites. Today we have four ready poles: the West, Russia, China, and India… and the Islamic world could be the fifth if it rises united to break Western hegemony."

It was the Covenant of Madinah which conceptually established the Ummah to "rise as one man". There was meant to be asabiyyah - or group solidification and unity. And it all sounded so very good until Prophet Muhammad pulled a Yemeni cloth up over his face, cursed the Jews, and died. The fractures and political maneuvers to grasp the rod of power began even prior to his burial. So it has not quite worked out as planned.

But the plan is still working.

Aleksandr Dugin alludes to a fifth pole which can fracture Western hegemony. And it could become a reality if the Sunni and the Shi'a combine forces; and/or the Sufi masters would add their mystical powers. But for now, we still deal with the Grand Ayatollah chain of command which is a force to be reckoned with; and impenetrable. We confront the Sunni governors and amir who travel about the landscape exerting control over large populations. The populations are leveraged. And the Sufi masters? They hold the deepest secrets of Islam - know the secrets which can break a mountain in two, or know what is contained beneath the mountain. Whether in (redacted rumor) or (redacted rumor). Yes, naturally. We think of Pakistan and Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan. We think of the counterbalance of India. Sleep soundly, world. I prefer to cut throats.

There is no word for compromise in Arabic. It does not exist. And the closest the Ummah came to compromise was with the Treaty of Hudaibiyah, which established a maximum time frame of one decade for a peace agreement.

But what Islam does incredibly well - is confederacy. Whether it be Shi'a influence in Venezuela or Sunni influence in Sudan - confederacy prevails within the back room deals of Islam with her partners. CENTCOM looms large in Qatar. But then again, Hamas leadership lounge lizards call Doha home.

A senseless Tucker Carlson lavishes praise on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Calls him "wise" and "humble". He probably does not know the word "sabr" - which would be more suitable for the Arabic mind: perseverance with serenity. But then again, the 'Tuck has interviewed the 'Vlad, now hasn't he? And the UAE provides a unique (niche) corridor of commerce for Russia, in spite of our special arrangements with the nation's law enforcement. Carlson is no more, or no less, the lackey Fareed Zakaria. Just check out how he sculpted China's narrative in "The Post American World". China is described as an emerging but benign world power. So Tucker Carlson is just the latest in global influence pandering, hawking his ideas into the carnival of humanity. He is a master of framing stories with plywood. But behind the scenes? The global players and confederacies of Islam prevail.

Aleksandr Dugin kids around a bit too. Islam is a pole. And it is a strong one.
