Secretary Down: A Major Critical Incident

I apologize for cannibalizing my own work - allowing it to be chewed up a bit more - on this page.

But with my mother still in the hospital, I remain busy with the mundane aspects of properly caring for a very sick parent.  The goal for this page, is to grow the readership.  And somewhat like church attendance, if the congregant chooses to not populate the pew for 2-3 weeks, it is much easier to just abandon the space.  I want you in your pew each day.  So I need to also be available to readership. smile

Regarding the history of this particular blog:  It was accepted by Fauji Magazine for print.  Fauji is a military publication for officers, and I have written for them in the past.  Mysteriously, it never went to print and vague reasons prevailed.  We should all retain a skeletal understanding of the Gold Codes.

It was an important story, which required an honest look at a failure of chain of command.  Of course, many things never receive the disinfectant properties of journalistic light.  Journalism is meant to exist to keep all of us honest. And we should all be flexible enough to adjust our views.  It is a sign of a decent I.Q.   Journalism has become a disappointing degraded profession across many platforms.  Narratives suck the brain cells right out of our skulls. Honest and succinct/unbiased reporting is preferable.
