Sudan: Short Note
Several days ago I asked a dear friend to come spend time with me. He has arrived from Qatar and there is a tentative plan to meet later today. He is experiencing jet lag and a cough. I am armed with a new bottle of cough syrup and busily trying to locate his prayer beads which he gave me years ago. The intent is to take them to remind him of our bond of friendship. For my part, I am armored with a healthy immune system and complete lack of good sense.
But we must discuss this:

"A Journalist Enters a Pub" will make an appearance on the page. This is a title which I used frequently on my other site - when providing first person reports regarding geopolitical Islam. Hopefully, he is able to rest. And then - the unique experience of spending time with "moi". smile
