Government Regulatory Control
Government regulatory control is a boulevard of options with regard to enforcement.

If you are the American citizen driving without a license you will be speedily dealt with and find yourself in front of a local court magistrate who offers a financial take-it-out-of-your-hide edict. Traveling the opposite direction on the boulevard, dangerous functionally-illiterate illegal aliens awarded a CDL, in spite of what is known in the military as the "Law of Gross Tonnage". This law - guarantees future spree killings along our major interstates.
Jashanpreet Singh killed three, as he sang, "Merrily we roll along...." in his native tongue.

Conveniently - discreet cough - the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) does not track information regarding illegal aliens as a specific demographic for focus. They do not want us to know how this represents as a target rich environment for enforcement. I did locate a brief reference of statistics for 2021 with a basic AI search. It was a bit dismal.
But in my city, there was also a noticeable uptick in vehicles with paper license tags during the years of the Biden FuckAbout. The debris field of paper tags was so noticeable that it gave birth to House Bill 718 in July of 2025. The black market for counterfeit tags created an army of ghost cars. And my guess is these vehicles were driven by individuals who lacked both licenses and auto insurance.
During the years the Oval Office lacked a POTUS, both my brother and a niece were involved in hit and runs which required costly emergency room visits. My niece found herself upside down with her vehicle wedged between a fire hydrant and a light pole. When she was able to unbuckle her seat belt and make it to the sidewalk she realized one of her feet was missing a sandal. Her vehicle was towed to a junk yard and reduced to scrap. Her hit-and-run was at the hands of an illegal Hispanic male operating a death trap truck without a driver's license and insurance. He was only caught because a citizen chased him down until the police arrived. Within this same time frame - a neighbor found her vehicle totaled by an illegal without a license. I imagine these stories can be multiplied by the thousands.
My city still has dangerous driving conditions as noted by drivers who cannot navigate a four way stop. They will even place their cars in park in front of a lane of traffic to chat with a friend waving from the sidewalk. This happened to me recently. My favorite, is the constant careening of cars across multiple street lanes without regard for the life of others.
"Maybe it is a miscalculation", was my thought - when I began to notice "Please be patient. Student Driver" or "Student Driver" stickers on a disproportionate number of vehicles in my city. My brother visited a couple of days ago. Without prompting, he mentioned the same observation. So it seems to be the latest ruse of our non-citizen scoff-laws. The illegal without a license, no insurance, and functional illiteracy wants you to believe they are a middle-aged student driver. You watched as they ran a red light and nearly hit a pedestrian on the sidewalk. Don't call it in, for God's sake! It is a student driver! Call it in. With the tag number.
So on the one side of the boulevard, is your teen son experiencing the teeth of enforcement. He needs more experience behind the steering wheel. It will come with increased drive time. But he has a license and insurance. If another is injured, the medical will be taken care of and they will be compensated. He just might present as the good guy... the good kid learning how to be an adult.
And on the other side of the boulevard, the non-citizen who makes an illegal turn on the Florida Turnpike and kills three (Harjinder Singh). His career was gummed into existence after receiving a CDL and being allowed to step into his own personal killing machine and hit the road.
If you really want to feel the bile in the back of your throat, remember Nikki Schermock - killed in a collision in 2001. The driver survived, and conveniently disappeared. Her family has never received the comfort of justice.
But did this man really disappear? He just might be the sixty year old man in my city with a "Student Driver" sticker prominently displayed on the back bumper of his vehicle. He never really went home. He just re-invented himself.
We have suffered under the watchful neglect of a bifurcated model of regulatory control which punishes the citizen who violates basic rules of the road but awards illegal immigrants with CDL's and permission to step into their long haul trucks and commit spree killings.
Isn't it time that America becomes a place where citizens are protected? A place where the unlawful are removed from a deliberate program of rewards which permeates our legal system and assists them every step of the way as they continue to circumvent our laws?
The standards required for citizens should never be lowered for the non-citizen. And poverty and necessity or expediency do not give any right to disregard the laws of our land.
Leviticus 19:15
