Drone Use by Jalisco New Generation Cartel
I read the news in Spanish first. The link states there was an aggression against the security community ten days ago. The payload came from a long distance; this was a drone attack. It is the new asymmetrical warfare - and we do not want it used against our oath keepers on U.S. soil.

Searching for an English report, I located this:

Al Jazeera reported this as a car bombing ten days ago.
But today, the news outlet from Oaxaca is stating that this was actually an attack which targeted the security community in Coahuayana with the use of a drone presumed to be operated by Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generacion. The authorities are seeking facial recognition of the perpetrators. They are out there. And they still possess their drone.
Seeking to reduce anxiety, the article states the general public is not at risk; the attack was directed against the security sector. Unfortunately, the general public is at risk. Every single damn day. Chemical terrorism is on the rise. And the chemists and their bosses intend for their deadly products to be delivered to the doorsteps of our American homes; the bedrooms of our children - where already too many have been found deceased by the very individuals who first heard their tiny heartbeats.
Call it what it is: It is a concerted chemical attack meant to weaken and kill our citizens.
This is a war and it is a brutal one. Mexico's leadership, having allowed themselves to be corrupted and enriched by a wicked underground economy, no longer have the advantage. Basic rule of thumb? Whoever pays ya', owns ya'. Their bank accounts are healthy and the nation is impoverished.
Michoacan state is a mere 864 miles from our Texas border and Jalisco state is 924 miles if taking a car trip.
Several weeks ago I wrote in defense of our decision to kill the remaining two narco-terrorists who survived the first drone attack on their watercraft to find themselves treading water and waving. You want "Bye bye"? Here comes another payload. Good riddance. This was not the Mercy Ship providing aid and comfort. This was a pirate ship loaded with chemical weapons. Let that little fact sink in and cease the bitching against legal chain of command.
My line of thinking for a prior post addressing this issue was the end point of the equation - the biological functions of a human being. We discussed LD50, etc. And while these drugs are (indeed) chemical - not all chemicals effect humans with adverse reactions. You can swallow a large handful of aspirin and the result is buzzing in your ears. But aspirin will not interfere with respiration and heart function.

Regarding Fentanyl and intravenous use in the PACU, I have safely delivered thousands of doses to my clients. Fentanyl 50 mcg. in a syringe can be safely delivered by a nurse with a strong critical care background and understanding of hemodynamics. Even so - the Ambu bag for mechanical ventilation must be within arm's reach of the provider due to the potency of the drug. Fentanyl 100 mcg intravenously as a one time dose might require intubation and respiratory ventilation for the client. In medicine, we have great respect for Fentanly because we know it is an assassin in a syringe if not dosed properly.
Drug cartels and drug dealers are assassins. And when they travel to our shores with massive doses of chemical product they are spree killers.
Kill them all. Let God sort it out.
