Where are the Algorithms?


If two men can steal $7,000,000 in SNAP benefits what is the true nature of fraud against the taxpayers? How many more zeros need to be added for a correct report out of the massive corruption within our state programs?  Nobody noticed?  How can it even be possible.  The math never lies. It always tells a story.

And why are there no existing algorithms which by-pass the individual states and flag the anomalous statistics straight into the Federal Branch and the DOJ?
