Moscow's Red Diaper Babies
Alex Pretti is dead. I am truly sorry for the loss of life. The courts will now decide the matter. But those who have read the prior blogs know where I stand on these issues. Yet once again, I feel the need to add a few thoughts. Please bear with me.
In what are eerily similar scenes to what transpired on college campus in the 1960s and early 1970's, it is entirely possible the tactics which are being used against ICE are the same ones deployed by Moscow in the prior century to sow seeds of unrest in the United States. Playbooks don't change. Only the actors entering and leaving the stage are different.
It is plausible that Alex Pretti was just another victim of ideo-political social conditioning orchestrated by Moscow. Or in miniature, Ameri-Moscovites living on U.S. soil seeking to destabilize the institutions and social architecture which sustain our Republic. Just like in the 1960's there is an emerging cadre of radical leaders who are recruiting, networking, and attempting to divest the general public of common sense. During the tumultuous years of Marxist and Leninist-leaning leaders such as Bernardine Dohrn, Carl Davidson, and David Horowitz it was the college campus which became the social labs for increasingly violent activists who made insistent and unreasonable demands upon targeted leadership and the greater public. Luckily, young men such as David Horowitz turned the corner and surprised the greater world with his conservatism and championship of American values. In other words, it took him awhile; but he grew up. smile

Today, even as then - radicals seek to alienate Americans, to de-link them from basic Constitutional values by preying on a very distinctive modern American value of compassion. Of course, logic should take the presumptive lead over both compassion and sentiment. Conversely, compassion and sentiment can cloud judgment, reduce concepts to narratives, and create cerebellar as opposed to cerebral cortex responses. Man does not live by proprioception alone - but by every Word which proceeds from the mouth of God. And God is the progenitor of law - a safety net for social institutions. It is not just ICE which is under attack. This is too naive an assumption. The attack is on our belief that the stewardship of our Republic is intricately linked to the laws of our land. We survive and thrive because we uphold the laws of our land.
It was an idea, and a political collectivism, which propelled Alex Pretti onto the street and onward to his death. And while the report out on his death as viewed through the kaleidoscope of cell phone footage is tragic, the greater tragedy is that he might have died for something which he scarcely understood. And he might have died for wanting to be part of something bigger than himself; an ICU nurse who day after day, provided care for our U.S. veterans. His compassion was twerked into alienation. And alienation twerked into adrenaline rushes which took him into the streets of his city seeking to confront his perception of evil.
Moscow's playbook and tactics use Americans for cannon fodder. And they are happiest, when we are fighting among ourselves. Russians might be Communists, but they also control the Russian Orthodox Church. So they cleverly remember the words of Jesus Christ:
"Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand." Matthew 12:25 NIV
What is happening in Minneapolis does look like a kingdom. But it is this kingdom:
This Kingdom of Dwarfs - whether secretly administrating Telegram or Signal chat groups, recruiting into the collective, or dispatching the foot soldiers, are the new Red Diaper Babies. Not unlike the ridiculous unrest on our university campus by the "Free Gaza" diaper-clad dwarfs, the tactics, message, and attempted negotiations are no different than the aforementioned. But then again, they are different in one respect: the protests have moved onto the streets.
