Commander in Chief in the Time of Jihad

Tehran prepares for an attack:
"And prepare for them what you are able of force and war horses." Qur'an 8:60
"Train horses for war, for surely their mounts are power for you, and their bellies are a treasure for you."
Tehran will examine their modern war horses - their missile stockpiles - and they will determine what is the nature of the belly of each beast.
"Go out (to war) light and heavy and fight with your wealth and yourselves in the way of Allah." 9:41
The regular standing military and the Basij (or reserve component) are already on stop loss orders and on standby. The wealth of the Diwan will be moving through different channels and nations to determine outcomes far beyond the boundaries of the Shi'a state.
Rallying cries and activation to battle stations will consist of SIGINT for which we may lack adequate capture - if it is coded to the more obscure Ahadith. Do you know the signal for a biological attack?
"And fight them until there is no more strife or dissent and until the Deen is all for Allah." 8:39
The ranks will be examined for fidelity to duty and a review of basic competencies. And beyond the borders of Iran - we might witness those who "sally forth" to the challenge of establishing a single raid amirate on behalf of the Grand Ayatollah. I worry... about Birmingham, England.
"And whoever wants the reward of this world, We will give it to him, and whoever wants the reward of the next world, We will give it to him." 3:146
Nobody quite pulls off acts of martyrdom like the Shi'a. Sales of perfume will be trending upward.
Ingress is the easy part of war. Egress -will be painfully difficult. We have the capabilities, the discipline, the resolute character to challenge Iran with our military might. What we do not understand is the Shi'a dark lantern, the deeply rooted thought patterns and belief system. Extricating ourselves from the mess of our own making - might present as the true miracle.
As a journalist - I am merely seated at my desk and writing my thoughts. But I believe it is a mistake to attack Iran. I specifically do not want us to attack at this moment in time. I am looking into the dark lantern and I will not explain this aspect of my thoughts. Worst case scenario? The Grand Ayatollah is removed. Chain of command breaks down, and assets and decisions regarding the nuclear arsenal are then delegated to unknown actors.
