Good Morning Tehran

I am already tired of viewing smoke plumes and not much else.  Tehran has her fair share this a.m.  The IRGC informs there are no senior military leadership deaths, the Grand Ayatollah is alive, and that an American soldier in Abu Dhabi has been killed.  Sustained and small counter attacks have hit the regional allies.  A missile is burning in front of a residential building in Jordan.  And this scene is repeated with video shorts place on X. Puffs and plumes of smoke across landscapes.

Laylatul Qadr, the "Night of Power", will be observed on March 16th. About three days later, the end of Ramadan.  I am uncomfortable with our attack during Ramadan.  Not because we believe it should be off-limits for attack, but because of Muslim belief regarding this time. This will inflame tensions in the West.

Below:  a bit of analysis from a site I follow.

 Confrontation with the Foreign Minister:

Sabeti addressed Araghchi under the parliamentary dome, saying that the strategy of negotiating with America to lift sanctions is "impossible and fundamentally wrong," likening it to "giving someone a spoon and asking him to carve a mountain with it!". 🛑 Internal pressures on the Supreme Leader: The MP confirmed that the Supreme Leader recently settled the matter by refusing to negotiate with Washington and considering it "harmful to the country," but he pointed out that there is a faction among officials exerting continuous pressure on the Supreme Leader, and they are always working to pave the way for negotiations with America. ⚠️ Attack on Rouhani and the nuclear deal: Sabeti launched a scathing attack, pointing out that Rouhani recently admitted to exchanging secret messages with the Americans without coordinating with the Supreme Leader, and added: "In 2015, we had 20,000 centrifuges and 10 tons of uranium, and the result was a weak deal that everyone backed out of.. So how will the deal be today when we don't have the same quantities?!". ⚔️ Preparations for a "full-scale war": Regarding the military report, Sabeti quoted Brigadier General Mousavi's confirmation that the armed forces are prepared for a full-scale war with America even if it drags on, and if it happens, other countries in the region will inevitably be dragged into this battle. Oman🇴🇲 negotiations and Washington's trap: Sabeti revealed that Araghchi presented a report on his recent negotiations with the American envoy "Wittkoff" in the Sultanate of Oman, and commented, saying: "His justifications reminded me of his justifications for the nuclear deal 10 years ago." He concluded his remarks by directing a direct message to Araghchi after the session ended, saying: "I'm not worried about your failure to reach an agreement, but I am worried about you signing a new agreement, because we know the nature of the Americans.. They will deceive you in the end!".
