Morning Reading: Theft as the Invisible Fourth Branch of Government


Revered invisible government institution.  Understood avenue for fleecing the taxpayers. Or maybe it is a wide boulevard. Protected by internal mechanisms of coercion and threat against whistle-blowers.  A branch created to generate wealth portfolios for "stewards" in senior leadership roles and to give massive taxpayer-funded handouts to relatives and friends.  A fourth branch as one giant party favor.  "The people elected you.  Now we will take care of you."  A fourth branch of government which is bag worms on the Tree of Liberty.  A fourth branch of no conscience and amoral behavior.

Barnabae Sancto.  We are a wealthy nation. Our nation should rejoice in the Feast of Barnabas every day.  And just as Barnabas sold his land and was known for a generous spirit - the same should be true of our state and national stewards.  Why not be generous?  The philanthropy of the taxpayers is in the hands of our leadership.  It is our sweat and labor, and not their own.  

Instead - that which is meant for the poor, the destitute, our distinct demographics of need, is like stolen land - instead of cultivated land.  There should be no quarter given regarding this issue.  Rep. Ilhan Omar has enriched herself with a winery that does not exist. Her "vineyard" is watered with laundered money.  She is just one of multiple current and sickening examples of how the invisible fourth branch of government operates.  

Falcem jubet ire herbam.

Let the scythe be commanded to harvest.  Let that sickle cut down to the root all elected and appointed leadership who deny the American people the Feast of Barnabas.

We voted for Trump because we trusted him to fulfill campaign promises and take a wrecking ball to a culture inside the Beltway riddled with criminal corrupt business practice.  We voted for him because certain representatives must be forced to don the orange jumpsuit. 

Thank you, President Donald J. Trump,  for all that you are doing to dismantle the fourth branch.
