The XX as Societal Mutation


In the beginning, God took a rib from man and formed the woman. This was meant to remind him that which encased and protected his own heart was meant to protect the physically weaker of the species. Unfortunately, ever since then, man has taken that rib and beaten the woman with it. We are just a societal mutation, and as such, trampling women underfoot seems no big deal.  The snake in the Garden of Eden got the better deal.

Shall we discuss this next?  Sure.

I may not put the skunk on the table tonight.  Just too pissed off to tackle it without colorful cursing. Albeit - be prepared.  It might be the appropriate literary tool.

Tomorrow?  Adult Sunday School and then I speed off to another church to teach young children the precepts of Christ.  Artist reception after lunch.  And the enjoyment of a symphony later in the day.  It seems like things mount up a bit on the Sunday calendar.  Between the book-ended events there is also a Heritage Society Valentine's Day Tea.  But I have not convinced myself yet to tackle all three in one afternoon.

Meanwhile, I will sharpen and polish my bayonet... errr... pen. It is time to eviscerate the British who pretend to be civilized Englishmen.  Read the link above, please. What I write will relate to the article.

Live Blogging:  Charlie Kirk Memorial Blackfoot is comfortably snoozing in a different time zone.  So I will go ahead and start the post.  Undoubtedly, when I return to the desktop, Blackfoot will have added a few thoughts and I will enter the arena again. Security.  The word floated across my consciousness several times yesterday.  The perimeter of two stadiums and parking lots must be secured for the Charlie Kirk Memorial.  Within full envelope surveillance are tricks of the trade which most of us are unaware of - in blissful manner.
