Discussions from the Iranian Side of the House
What is floating about in the ether today. Take it as a conversation; not a solid strategic consideration.
Yesterday at least 20 very long EAM messages from HFGCS, a subsidiary of US Strategic Command, were sent to military bases around the world.
Shortly thereafter, several messages from the Russian Navy surfaced.
Today is completely silent.
This morning, I also said that there is a high probability that in the next few days, there will be a large-scale attack by the United States to achieve a media victory; This attack may be an air attack with Niro's heliborne helicopter or a large-scale attack with long-range missiles and MRR RNEP attack.
Although today, a sudden and widespread storm occurred in the Persian Gulf, due to which large areas of flight were prohibited and the sea was unsafe.
It is possible that the attack will be launched at the end of this storm, as in the Normandy operation, similar weather conditions were chosen in the final stages and the enemy defense was taken by surprise.
Of course, the Iranians will not be surprised by this, and only if there is a surprise, it will be limited and due to the use of special weapons, for example, in the worst case, such as dropping an atomic bomb in a non-inhabited area.
All those years when we shouted that you should build nuclear weapons and that nuclear deterrence is needed was for such a day, and I hope that those who told the story that Iran has quantum weapons and doomsday missiles will unveil their weapons today.
But let's skip putting hope in this delusional crowd and go to the main principles.
In the past, the martyred leader of Iran and later the Iranian authorities emphasized that if there is an attack by the enemy, we will respond at the same level. After the US used the MRR bomb in Quds, Iran used the same bomb in one of the Arab countries in an American base, and they realized that they could no longer use this method safely, although they went to other examples in the hope that Iran would not be open-handed at that level.
Now that Iran has used an MRR bomb or something of its explosive level, it can easily be ready for a nuclear response to Israel, and it just needs to find an excuse to hit it.
It is because of this that you see that the Iranian authorities are comfortable, but again, nothing prevents a classic nuclear test.
Many friends asked about the MRR mines that were used in Iran. These bombs have been used several times in Iran.
The MRR bomb (sometimes written as Minimum Residual Radiation or Reduced Residual Radiation) is a concept in advanced nuclear weapons.
In simple words, these types of bombs are "cleaner" nuclear bombs or designed with very little residual radiation (radioactive) and no longer have the properties of mass destruction in the field of radiation.
Today, they are mostly used in the trench breakers of strong and deep shelters, and their main purpose is to have high explosive power and heat (shock and heat effect), but to minimize fallout (radioactive rain) and dangerous long-term radiation.
For this reason, they are called "residual low-radiation nuclear bombs".
Please note that normal nuclear bombs (fission or combined fission-fusion) after the explosion, spread a lot of radioactive materials that keep the area contaminated for a long time.
MRR attempts to reduce residual radiation by specific engineering (eg, using more pure fusion reaction or neutron shielding materials) to make the weapon more suitable for tactical operations or specific areas (eg, destroying underground targets without extensive civilian contamination).
This concept was discussed more in the 1970s and later (especially in Israel and then America), but the exact technical details are very secretive.
Countries are usually silent on this issue. Some old sources refer to its development by America, Israel or Russia, but public information is limited and sometimes controversial.
In Persian conversation or searches, it is sometimes confused with conventional mortar bombs (such as MOP or GBU-57), but MRR is specifically related to the nuclear and radioactive reduction aspect, not conventional mortar bombs.
Today, Iran should quickly use this bomb if the United States uses classic atomic bombs to achieve a psychological victory in Israel, but I emphasize again that a nuclear test in the desert has far more deterrent power than this silent low-radiation conflict.
