Message from the IRGC and the Usual Scuttlebutt

Two days ago I posted this sentence on a blog titled, "How not to run a war":

"Do not take into consideration that your opponent might engage a new form of asymmetrical warfare by erasing red lines."

Today - this announcement.

 The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced:

"After monitoring, tracking, and precise study, and fully identifying the enemies' weaknesses during the first three weeks of the war, the intelligence and operational commanders in the Revolutionary Guard introduced new offensive tactics and more advanced systems to the battlefield to begin a round new from the pivotal impact operations. And the battlefield will become narrower and more difficult for the enemy than it was before. Doctrine Change: Jumping from a range of 2000 km to 4000 km is an explicit Iranian declaration of its transformation into a global power unbound by old red lines. Tehran now is the one drawing the boundaries of engagement and deciding the fate of the American presence. Global Paralysis: Iran's Fiery Control Over the Indian Ocean Means Commanding the Nerves of Global Trade and Energy. A Clear Message to Allies: "America, Incapable of Protecting Its Farthest Bases, Will Not Protect Your Nearby Centers."

Additional thoughts by the poster:

A Reading on Geopolitical Transformations: Far from the U.S. administration's attempts to fabricate achievements from the womb of its strategic errors, the field imposes a new reality that cannot be ignored. American deterrence has eroded completely; bases and embassies have been evacuated, and fleets are retreating 1,000 km from Iranian shores, while the Strait of Hormuz Out of service. On the flip side, the Tel Aviv scene is starting to mirror Gaza's devastation.
Most strategically important: The region's capitals have grasped the death of the concept of “rented national security,” and Iran has imposed itself as a major player in the new global order, to the point that Europe is fleeing any military entanglement.

Tammy's thoughts:

I took note of the word "womb" for a specific concern related to Arabic and the Qur'an. I do not expect you to understand nor grasp sentimental significance.
