Enemy U.S. bases in Bahrain were just attacked with fission missiles, with their impact echoing across the entirety of Bahrain.

Please understand that I deeply love my nation and have never violated, nor would consider violating, my oath of office.  Asking the tough questions is part of the job.  And it is important that citizen reporting in the form of micro-blogging, be included in combat journalism.  Especially when there are evolving narratives.  Not everything on social media platforms will prove to be true.  But neither should they be discounted.

It is the Lenten season.  This Christian will be attending church tonight.  And the proverbial "potluck" precedes the worship.  Off to the kitchen. The housekeeper and chef have the day off.  wink

May God protect our troops.  And I will say a special prayer for our U.S. forces in Bahrain tonight.
