God is Good


Yes.  The Christian faith is anchored in the knowledge that God is good, and He does all things well.

As a fellow Christian, I am so thankful for answered prayers.  Undoubtedly, many of us within the Christian military community were praying for this man (or woman?).

Later tonight, I will scamper across the fields of Jihad and see what the enemy has to allow regarding what is an epic win for Team U.S.A.

Undoubtedly, Hollywood is already clamoring to be the first to bring a film depiction of this rescue to the big screen.   I am already contacting my agent to play a cameo role as the galley gook that feeds Seal Team 6 when they return to home base.  wink

The take-away from this is that we DO NOT leave our own behind. I could share a particular story.  But the information only belongs in a SCIF.   My sincere thanks to everyone who was involved in this rescue from keyboard warriors, to SIGINT, to HumInt and our apex predators known as our Special Forces.

Mohamed Elhassan He is powerful, made up of imperceptible layers.  He was only in his mid-teens when he first heeded the call to political action traveling to the Republic Palace of President Jafar Nimeiri seeking justice for his family.
