Human shields of university students, mothers and children are lining up on the bridges across Iran and around the power plants today. Yes. It would be a war crime to strike the civilian population.

I just watched the video of the lone assailant with a long gun and backpack attack the Israeli consulate in Istanbul. Looked like an AR-15; but I cannot be sure. Loss of life: one attacker. All others, remain safe.
