Of Ceasefires and Signals


Small note:  pre-emptive signal (a "standby") noted on a platform today with a high degree of reliability for reports out.

Possible single amirate or mixed group (male and female) suicide attacks.

The signal provides very little answers.  It is a cautionary tale.

But someone out there is playing "catch".

Let's see if the ceasefire holds.
