They are being called "Rain Warheads".

 By the grace of God and His facilitation, there is the development of offensive drones carrying explosive warheads with a "cluster bomb" system. They will enter the battle soon.

On a personal note - I wish we would solidify and strengthen our relationship with NATO. Nuclear threat will soon be overshadowed by the threat of sophisticated drone warfare.
