Apparently, we do Deal with Terrorists
If Syria is not busy trafficking women and children, they are engaged in assassinating educated, and talented individuals capable of leading the nation into a new era.
Two of the latest young ladies who have disappeared from the landscape are Samia al Nasser, a 24 year old Christian woman with a child. She disappeared seven days ago and traveled from the western Homs countryside to visit family in Damascus.
The second young lady, Etedal Dargham, age 23, went missing on 25 July after leaving the Abbasiya neighborhood and heading toward the Muhajireen neighborhood in Homs. She is an Alawite.
There is no information on either woman. Personally, since I have had to suffer because of the sudden disappearance of a Muslim young lady who was like a daughter to me, I will always put these women up in lights on the blog.
Titles are nice, aren't they? Because going from being known as a senior leader with two well-know Al Qaeda affiliates (Al Nusra Front and Hayat Tahrir al Sham) is an easy fix when some evil Jinn declares you the new Ministry of the Interior for Syria.
Anas al Khatab was designated as a terrorist in 2012 by the U.S. and by the United Nations in 2014. Book-ended between those dates, we had Senator John McCain and his fake PhD analyst informing the dumb Sheeple that we could send munitions to "the right guys" in Syria. Sure, Elizabeth! Go for it!
Al Nusra did get their hands on some of the munitions. And they bragged about it online with images to prove they had received munitions which were made in America.

I guess everybody loves a winner. But this particular winner (al Khattab) puts out a lot of spin. Consider his fabrication when this man decided it was a damn good time to travel to Damascus to try and collect salaries for the employees who worked for the Suwayda Health Directorate. Assassination with an IED is a lot cheaper than opening up government coffers to pay your citizens. A medical officer is just the latest of many professionals to lose their lives in Syria.
Al Khattab put out a ludicrous statement claiming the victim was killed by his own device - one he was trying to plant on the Damascus-Suwayda road. After official statements contradicted the narrative, the Ministry of the Interior deleted their slanderous accusation. But this is Syria. You can be blown to bits by your enemies and they will then put you up in lights as a criminal.
The kunya that Anas al Khattab chose when he was in AQ leadership was Abu Ahmad Hudud. This is a man who will not blink twice when stoning a woman for being raped (errr... committing adultery), chopping off the right hand for theft, or nailing his victims to a cross. And all of this - will be done in public - or if we can locate it, the archive might be on his cell phone.
Apparently, we do deal with terrorists.
