Hive Bakery:  Let Freedom Ring!



Yowsa!  I love freedom of expression!  It provides for a daily source of amusement.  

The almighty "We" are embarrassed... afraid... disappointed... in what this country has become.

Apparently, there is little embarrassment for charging a customer two hundred dollars for the smallest custom cake.

MAGA:  unintelligent, rabid, immoral sycophants.

"Those conservatives who still have rational thought have left the MAGA movement."

I remain MAGA.  smile  

Doing a bit of research, it is evident that the owner, Haley Popp, uses outrage as a marketing tool by placing herself in situations where she can be victimized.  And if anything sells well in America it is outrage - a word which should be deleted from the dictionary because of overuse - and also, let us not forget outrage's symbiotic twin "victim".  Haley is just the average airy little cream puff beneath the ridiculous bravado.

Hive Bakery is definitely a wasp's nest.  And it seems a bit foolish to attach political sentiment to a business which is dependent on the goodwill of the consumer.  Unfortunately, because this emotional outburst is so strongly worded, I would hesitate to purchase a cookie for fear the owner would take it to the back and spit on it prior to placing it in its proper packaging.

I wish her the best.  But more importantly,  I pray that she will learn how to divest herself of the anger and bitterness which are the primary driving and harmful forces within her temperament.  And I pray she examine the benefits to be gained from the gift of forgiveness - a trait which is not resident within her basic framework.
