Cornell University: An Education in Amorality


If you engage sexual activity with an individual without their consent, it is rape. And if you invite your friends to rape an individual incapacitated by drugs and alcohol, it is gang rape.  And if Cornell University fraternity rapists are told to write an "essay" to mitigate conduct - just remember that these are the men who mighty possibly later head up our nation's corporations, serve as our elected representatives, and present themselves as M.D. at the bedside of women.  

Like the dog that experiences the hormonal surge during a biting attack against a human,  the human that treats a woman like less than a dog, will also experience a hormonal surge.  As a matter of fact, the rapist is already one-half step below the dog, so the likelihood of committing a second rape seems likely.  They want the feeling of control against the powerless.  This is not a Jungian Shadow at play, but it is the Shadow of Evil.

Possible essays the men wish they could write to protect their future predatory partners might include titles such as:

"Micro-titration of Poly-chemicals for Permanent Memory Loss"

"Post-assault Practices to Assure the Victim Projects all Culpability onto Herself"

"How to Stockholm a Rape Victim into Believing that You Love Her"

It is possible the victim initially voluntarily consumed products which caused loss of inhibitions; especially if she lacked sexual maturity, and really "liked" the man.  But the illusion of a night of romance gave way to hours of gang rape by Cornell University male students.  But her initial actions did not "invite" rape.  We need to ignore such primitive imaginations.  Rape is a crime.  The victim never deserves it.  These men were rapists.  Plain and simple.

University Police Departments should never be allowed to investigate sexual assault on campus.  There can be conflict of interest.  It should be required that all campus police accompany victims to the municipal authorities.  They should be forbidden to enter the crime scene and begin investigative work.  In fact,  I believe they should not be allowed to communicate with university staff or leadership.  At the point of rape on campus, outside law enforcement should take the lead and campus police should be barred from rape investigations. 

It is hoped Cornell University find themselves with a substantially painful economic loss for seeking to cover up a gang rape of a female on their campus.  Then they will be able to write their own essay:

"Acceptable Business Practices for Paying off Rape Victims to Avoid Litigation".

The aforementioned, can cast the woman as a whore.  In this case, I applaud the victim for the courage to litigate.   And I await the news that her attackers are arrested, incarcerated, and face a jury of their peers.
