Grow a Pair, Ed Sheeran


I don't like men who grovel.  And I disdain men who cry for public benefit.   And when Ed Sheeran states that "America is a scary place right now", I would like to clean his clock.  Is it scary, because every day he has to look over his shoulder, as is common practice in Israel?  Or is it just scary because he cannot discern the difference between noise and fact? More than anything, I just wish he would grow a pair. Because what was an internal business decision, did not require that he address it in public.

The smallest of minds always pretend to have the most expansive of thoughts.  And it all started when a rapper named "Macklemore"  had his moment of fame telling a captive audience, "Free Palestine". 

The strength of any thought is never in its expansiveness but resides in the distillation of the same.  

"Free Palestine!" is so broad.    

From what?  From years of corrupt governance... support for HAMAS as tunnels were dug under practically every square foot of Gaza...  freedom from an eternal hatred of the Jew, now directed against the State of Israel?  Freedom from the students who squatted in the public spaces of our best universities and tried to tell the rest of us how to think?

Freedom from men such as Khalid Meshaal, who built a billion dollar terror empire and is a lounge lizard in Doha - scarcely really caring about anything except his wealth portfolio and his own safe little ass?  "Free Palestine!" from men such as Ismail Haniyeh - who peddled his own brand of hatred until Israel finally caught up with him?

Free them from men such as Yasir Arafat, a man who couldn't organize a party in a liquor factory and who turned down an independent state when offered ninety-seven percent of the land?  He spread enough manure to fertilize a 10,000 acre wheat farm in Montana.

If the men above were the best, those who attacked Israel on 7 October were also the best.  Let that thought sink in.  The rapper Macklemore needs to train with Shin Bet, or Mossad.  Receive a clearance.  And then avail himself of intellectual distillation.

As for Sheeran,  silence is refreshing water.  Words are always kindling.  He should have just performed his heart out for his audience.
