Recruitment

Recruitment and grooming can take many forms.  That form, can include the scholar who is teaching the student/Talib regarding the linguistics of the Qu'ran.  The net draws slowly tighter.  I can sense it.  A discussion on revelation just might mean that a classically trained Sufi is running this particular Telegram Channel. And his audience has grown from 99 to 142, so he is widening his appeal.  The reference to "Nahj al Balagha" is known to me - and this was the eloquent style of speech used by the Fourth Caliph Ali.

A later linguistic "lesson" makes reference to a car explosion on the road.  And then, of course, assurances of the Afterlife.  Oh, my.  More fun with language.  But generally speaking, the scholars never involve themselves in the dirty work of dirty deeds.  They are considered of "higher rank" and engage Jihad of the pen and of the tongue.  It is extremely rare to find a scholar who will strap on a suicide vest.  But they are perfectly willing to aid and abet someone who is not quite as smart as them.

Google Translation of one lesson:

Let’s move on to the three-faceted definition of revelation

In religious sources, “desire” is defined as a three-layered and existential concept that is simultaneously present in the heart, limbs, and tongue.

“Desire: A perception in the heart, a movement in the limbs, and an insistence in supplication.”

(Desire: A perception in the heart, a movement in the limbs, and an insistence in supplication.)

Friends who pay attention to words

Understanding is different from knowing

This understanding that is said here is created by understanding the necessity, not simply by knowing the necessity

Movement in Arabic means a lot of and intense movement

Supplication is also a state of wanting.

But here is the sweet part of the story

The good news is in this part

Heart understanding: Before taking any action, the seeker has understood the depth of the desired need and necessity in his heart. This is the “realized vital emptiness.” Without this understanding, the desire turns into a wish or a craving.

· Excessive movement of the limbs: Desire is not just an internal desire; it must flow through the limbs repeatedly and turn into a lot of practical effort.

· Insistence in prayer: Desire is not a one-time request; rather, it is a continuation and insistence in asking, accompanied by humility, sincerity, and an internal desire, not out of necessity. In Nahj al-Balagha, it is stated: “Whoever insists on Allah in his request, He will answer him.”
