Puffer Fish: Paralegal  Katie Zacharia


Recently, my husband and I updated our will and legal documents.  Our attorney had two paralegals present who signed off as witnesses on our documents.  The attorney remained present.

Gosh!  It could have been Katie Zacharia!

Back in the day -  as I worked in a local hospital after graduation; prior to passing my Texas Board of Nursing Exam - my signature included "graduate nurse" with a co-signature by a legally recognized Registered Nurse.  The self esteem felt when finally signing R.N. BSN  to my actions was immense.  But I understood that passing the exam meant that I was minimally qualified for safe practice.  Ms. Zacharia remains in the category of minimally qualified.

Katie has been rapidly gulping air since she moved to China.  Her volume is three times the normal size. Obviously, she has a highly elastic stomach.  Let's see if she can stomach being outed as a complete fraud.  Flunking the bar exam or not taking the bar exam merely qualifies you as a graduate and not a practitioner.

Just as you should shudder if a civilian presents at your bedside as a R.N. you should shudder if Katie Zacharia works on your estate or legal documents and signs off as an attorney at law. You are doomed!  But she is a puffer fish.  She will fit right into the dystopian political realm.
