The Rise of GEN III In single-handed manner, a female student brought down a Texas A & M professor, department head and a dean.   And in a shocking turn of events, Mark A. Welsh III has now announced his resignation from his post as president of the university. Five p.m. today - and he will be gone. There was no fractious ambiguity, as can be noted in sidewalk altercations.   A polite but timid question was voiced to a professor.  And in one short minute, this unknown student accomplished the take-down of one of Texas' most revered institutions of higher education.
