Kristi Noem: Exculpatory Evidence that Does not Match the Video The video below is the most significant one which I have viewed of the shooting of Alex Pretti.  The initial scene with the officer shoving the protesters has the look of how a girl fights.  Is it a female officer?  I don't know.  But the constant use of a chemical irritant seems excessive.
